The Social Health Stream:
Conceptualization and theoretical development
of Social Health
Aim
To facilitate the process of understanding coordinate social health in the context of cognitive decline and dementia within the SHARED projectinput and output of SHARED project by feeding the project with conceptualizsation and identification of social health markers (input) and integrating new SHARED data (output). The final aim is a conceptual framework, a social health marker bank for future research and targets for interventions to prevent cognitive decline and dementia.
Tasks
- Development of first conceptual framework
- Identification of potential social health markers
- Integration of new markers and mechanisms identified in qualitative research and confirmed by quantitative SHARED data into first conceptual framework
- Identification of targets for interventions
